Small bathroom. Generally a renovation project. Lots of noise from the hallway and neighbors. No curtains in the living room.

I did not receive my email with information on time. Therefore, I had to call the host. However, the service over the phone was great with the host. There were the facilities we needed, such as cups, pots, etc. The apartment was well located for what we needed it for. It was truly a gift for us, as we are not familiar with the area. Netto is right across the street and there is a grill next door. Please note that the apartment is located outside the city center. The furniture in the living room was fine.

There was incredibly much noise. There is a construction site opposite and they made noise until 10:00 PM. All sounds from upstairs, outside, etc. can be heard. The pictures are deceiving. The apartment seems worn out. Holes in walls, missing wallpapers, and it was not super clean. There was an incident where the wind caught the balcony door. The hinge was torn off and the screws ripped out. We reported the incident to the host and had to spend quite some time on it. The host wanted information about insurances, etc., which would be normal if it were other circumstances. It seemed like they were not aware that it is not the guest who should replace such things. There should be compensation that covers any damages during the stay. But I think we got it sorted out?? The floors looked worn out and one of the doorsteps at the entrance to the living room was very loose. One of the rooms was under renovation. Door frames etc. looked a bit dirty. Wires are loose and the TV in the bedroom did not work with Chromecast. We were simply told to reinstall it. Something I personally find strange as it should work when guests arrive. It could be a good idea that Linnet is something you can possibly order within the booking. We were only asked when we arrived at the apartment. However, we had our own duvets and pillows. Several cups were not clean and we had to wash them again. The ice in the freezers was old and needed to be replaced. It certainly did not taste good. Did not receive information before arrival as mentioned.

Well-equipped kitchen. Lots of windows that provided plenty of natural light into the apartment. Crucial that there was parking available

Was satisfied. But what could have made it better was if bed linen and towels were included and if there was a Chromecast for the living room TV and not the bedroom TV. There was also some 'block/basement smell' in the apartment but it quickly disappeared with some airing and the kitchen fan on.

The apartment was perfectly located with Netto, pizza, and gas station within a few meters. Good opportunity to take public transport to the city center

Some parts of the apartment are worn but the furniture and contents in the apartment were fine
