Staff were 4* but the hotel was 2*

Det kunne gæsten lide

The staff were great. Especially Jan at reception.

Det kunne være bedre

The price quality ratio is totally out of sync. It’s more like a roadside motel in the US than a 4-star hotel. The staff might be 4-star but the rest is 2. No safe, no air con. Old shower curtain. Dreadful smell in the bathroom and the breakfast is almost inedible. Charging 400 euros a night and claiming to be 4* is ridiculous. Either modify the price or sort out the accommodation.
