Good, spacious, central apartment with slight limitations

Spacious apartment (former office floor), centrally located, right in the city and in close proximity to the spacious park, almost all beds very comfortable, well-equipped kitchen and dishwasher, good host contact

The cleanliness was overall good or after a re-cleaning, the bathrooms & shower curtains were also in order. Everything is fine overall, we are rather picky and you can tell the frequent renting (the carpet in the living room is quite dirty), the drains & (interior) windows & lampshades (flies) need cleaning (but they are on it). We are light sleepers, so the glass containers in the courtyard (unfortunately also used at night) and the ventilation system bothered us, but you can ventilate to the other side. So, if you are looking for a spacious apartment and are not so picky, this is a good choice.

Stay for a large family

We stayed in this apartment in Copenhagen with 8 people, including children, and the experience was truly excellent. The spaces are large, well-organized and meticulously cared for, in perfect hygge style, which made the atmosphere even more welcoming. The presence of two bathrooms was essential for our group and contributed to making the stay very comfortable. We also appreciated the overall quality of the house: excellent materials, comfortable beds, a perfectly functioning elevator, and a very quiet and relaxing environment. A big plus is definitely the kindness and availability of the managers, who during the stay made sure if we needed anything. Simple and uncomplicated check-in and a truly ideal location to visit the city.

The only small aspect that could be improved, in our opinion, concerns the bathroom: when showering, the space tends to flood a bit, as there is no enclosure but only a curtain. Nothing serious, but it would be a detail to review. Otherwise, everything was perfect: we would recommend it without hesitation and would gladly return!

Property Location; Size of the property; comfort at the property. Ideal for a large family stay.

1. The Lift at the apartment/building is not up to the mark. There were glitches in the door closure at the ground level. 2. Google Maps guidance in locating the property is a little confusing (it takes you to the Opposite Building). 3. Communication on Booking & Access is only through email. (It is more convenient - Whatsapp is to be included). 4. Wait time on call for assistance with the call facility is a little longer.

Some neighbors at the back of the property had an all-night party Saturday night and the music was literally blasting until 8 am Sunday morning.

It was very clean and I really liked that it had 4 bedrooms because there were 7 of us.

Living room furniture was a bit worn out so it should be replaced. I think small touches like water in the fridge and more comfortable chairs to sit in would go a long way.
