Poor check-in. Only received information after calling and pushing. Limited cleaning here means - threats of large fines for deficiencies. Perhaps a bit late to mention. It could also have been informed beforehand what was included. The rental is nice - but the view of the city - it's not there. Not even a little bit.

Location was great. Clean and well managed. We did not have any issues. Only recommendation would be to improve the washer/dryer. It was not really effective because it took many hours to dry.

Getting the keys was easy. Owner was helpful. The apartment itself is a short walk to the harbor. Amalienborg castle is 30 meters away. Changing of the guards was at noon daily. Kids enjoyed walking to the pier to swim. There were a few food trucks on the pier but if you walk across the bridge there is an outdoor market with several casual choices for lunch and dinner. Hop on Hop off bus and boat stop a few blocks away.

Big apartment close to the center

I stayed here with 2 others for about a week. It was really conveniently situated, about a 10-minute walk to Kongens Nytorv station, and the Nyhavn area. The apartment was very spacious, and quiet at night given it was in a secure complex. There were about 8 steps up to the apartment, but this was relatively easy to navigate. Fridge, freezer, and washing machine/dryer were near new and worked well. There was a small grocery store nearby, and larger ones (Aldi) about a 10-minute walk away. Overall, it was very enjoyable to stay here for the week and convenient for most activities in Copenhagen.
