Generally positive: hosts/manager described as easy to contact and helpful (phone assistance praised). Some communication delays and late check-in info were reported but issues were resolved promptly.

Location · 10,0/10

Excellent central location repeatedly highlighted across reviews: 'can't be beat', 'perfect location', walking distance to attractions and close to the water.

Room Quality · 8,4/10

Mixed: comfortable beds and adequate furnishings noted, but some guests found the studio minimal/not cozy, reported a too-soft mattress for one stay and a humid bathroom after showers.

Amenities · 7,5/10

Some positives (secure code access), but notable gaps: absence of a complete baby kit (missing high chair/portable bathtub) and no breakfast/condiments offered as expected by some guests.

Standard quality for this hotel tier.

Food and Beverage · 6,5/10

Negative: several guests pointed out that no breakfast is offered and there is an absence of basic condiments, reducing satisfaction in this area.
