The description of the apartment was very brief. Had to write myself to hear more about what was in the apartment, which could have been nice to know beforehand. For example, what was in the kitchen (for example, coffee machine, freezer, and the like). Otherwise, it was a lovely stay we had and a truly central location in the middle of the city.
Guests appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, although some mentioned minor issues.
Service was generally good, with some guests mentioning minor wait time complaints.
The hotel's proximity to key landmarks and public transport was well-received by guests.
Guests found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable, with minor maintenance issues reported by some.
Satisfactory amenities provided, with guests appreciating the gym and pool, but some highlighting the absence of spa services.
Mixed opinions on value for money, with some guests finding the price high for services offered and others considering it reasonable given the location.
Positive feedback on breakfast and restaurant services, though a few guests suggested more variety.
Most guests had a positive overall experience and would recommend the hotel to others.
