Det kunne gæsten lide

Beautiful large house in a good location. Fully equipped kitchen, and spacious dining and seating areas.

Det kunne være bedre

The capacity of the boiler (for hot water for the shower) is severely insufficient for a house accommodating 8 people! If 2 people want to shower one after the other (briefly), the hot water is already gone. The house needs attention, for example, regarding exterior painting, and the non-functioning sliding door to the terrace. Key handover (both receiving and returning) must take place physically in Ebeltoft, almost 20 km away. That could be more modern (e.g. via a code on the front door, or possibly a key box at the house).
