That he was there and that one should inform the time when one was there.

He was not ready when we arrived at 20:10 even though we had written between 19-20. (an older man who was so humble that one could hardly be disappointed) There was something dirty, especially the toilet, which I cleaned myself so we could use it. Also vacuumed and removed cobwebs.

It was difficult to get in touch with the landlord before arrival. When we finally got there, he was still cleaning out the house. When he was done, there was still a lot of garbage on the property. The house was very dirty, and it felt like it hadn't been cleaned in months. There were dishes left in the sink, and dirty laundry in the washing machine. The house was cluttered with the owner's belongings, and there was no room for our own things. We simply couldn't use the house fully, so we only used it for overnight stays and stayed away as much as possible. If it hadn't been fully booked everywhere on Læsø, we would have stayed somewhere else.

The chalet is not maintained at all, neither inside nor outside. The sheets and towels are insufficient and way too old. The cleaning is not sufficient at all, especially it is very regrettable to be constantly woken up by spiders running on us. During the 3 nights we spent, it was impossible to have a peaceful night. This chalet does not meet the minimum requirements for a rental. It's a shame because there was a time when this chalet must have been a great place to live. I wanted to post photos of the spider webs observed under our bed, but the system doesn't allow it...
