Det kunne gæsten lide

Cozy place, sweet staff but disagreement about whether breakfast was included in the price or not, and we could not eat on-site on the day of arrival, despite booking a table in the restaurant when we arrived, as there was not enough food. At the same time, there was no curtain for one window, so we were woken up by the morning light very early.

A bit of a bummer experience.

Det kunne gæsten lide

A bit disappointing. Charged double for extra bedding for our girls. And it took 2 months to get the money back. The breakfast was really disappointing at a price of 138 per adult, but apparently children are more expensive as they cost 150 😅 then it was very hot in the rooms and difficult to cool the room by opening the windows.

We had a lovely stay at the castle, where the service was top-notch and everyone was sweet and helpful, the food was good, the wines excellent, and it was lovely to take a walk in the Castle Garden.

Terrible. In short.

Det kunne gæsten lide

We thought we were arriving at a hotel with service, but were greeted by a key on a dresser, with a description of where we found our room, promised a room in an annex building, got a basement room, damp and musty, bathroom without ventilation, blocked emergency exit. All pictures of the room had nothing to do with reality. According to the booking, we were supposed to come for an overnight stay with a restaurant, lots of options, we couldn't even get a glass of water, everything was closed, a given phone number did not answer. There was no Wi-Fi or phone connection in the basement. Had to drive out again and found a pizzeria, decent place, but not what we expected it to end up with. We were the only guests, so completely alone on a castle stay, without any form of contact with anyone. The only positive thing was that an employee showed up and offered breakfast, nice and helpful, but a bit late for her to do much. The description of facilities, etc., does not match the actual conditions, so it should actually be 0 stars.
