We used the accommodation for one night for a concert visit at the Alsion Concert Hall. Everything was perfect. Nicely furnished, clean, perfect location right by the harbor. Restaurants nearby, short walk to the city center.

Stay away! Dirty and neglected!

Nice location right by the harbor promenade. If you want peace and quiet, do not book this place. The church bell is right above the road and rings every quarter.

Dirty apartment, very sparse cleaning. Dirt along the entire edge of the bathroom floor. Under the carpet in the hallway was completely dirty. The garden table was very dirty. The shower drain smells like feces. Air conditioning leaks water on the kitchen floor. Lots of tall weeds in the courtyard. Several windows are broken at the latches. This is obviously a house that is only for rental/income and not maintained. In addition to this, there was really poor communication with the accommodation leading up to the arrival day. We had to change from 2 to 4 people and there was absolutely no flexibility. At the time of booking, the price for 4 people was 1950 DKK. I initially booked for 2 people, as there was uncertainty about the other 2. When we wanted to change, the booking was locked as payment had been made. I was in contact with both booking.com and the accommodation for several days. I was thrown back and forth between the two, as no one wanted to take responsibility and said it was the other party that should process my change. Booking.com was very kind and understanding of my challenges with the accommodation and did everything they could. The accommodation was completely inflexible and apparently took advantage of the fact that everything in town was fully booked that day and charged a premium for the change. They justified it by saying it costs extra for cleaning, bedding, and towels. Considering the very deficient cleaning, the change should have been free. Completely unacceptable handling and outrageous to demand 1000 DKK extra for 2 extra persons for one night!
