Dirty kitchen and unpleasant in drawers and cabinets. Note that you have to rent bed linen at an additional cost or bring your own.

Cozy courtyard. Nice dog-friendly garden. Fabulous natural area right behind the 'dog' garden. Fun opportunity to buy food/take away from Flamingo (now that we had dogs we couldn't leave or take with us).

Apartment no. 1 was poorly furnished and there were over 20 spiders in the apartment upon arrival, along with webs in all corners. We found both socks and kitchen utensils from a previous tenant when cleaning under the bed and small clothes rack. The overhead cabinets in the kitchen have a sharp corner protruding towards the walkway, and due to having to walk around a washing machine, one of the tenants hit their head on the corner. The bathroom floor has incorrect slope/no slope, so the entire floor gets wet during bathing, and there was insufficient space in the bathroom for changing clothes. The door to the kitchen could be removed, and the kitchen could be arranged at the end of the room/extension. The direction of the tiles in the extension is incorrect/not following the roof ridge of the building as the other tiles do. It would have been beneficial to have a room where the kitchen is in the other rental units. The doors to the extra room and the bathroom should be opposite the double beds. The door to the kitchen from the outside was broken, so the bottom part couldn't be locked/closed if the top part was left open. The apartment was rented to 3 people, but all beds were in the same room. The bunk bed was not level - one end was on the living room floor, and the other end was on the former kitchen floor. Not all service for 3 people was available. There was no cheese slicer. There was no table available on the terrace for 3 people. The terraces were not separated, which can be annoying when the place allows dogs - we secured our dogs from the neighbor's dog by acquiring wire fencing that we placed around our terrace. So the terraces could have been built with separation between all terraces or the option to rent separation from the landlord! By the way, the neighbor's dog fell about 1.5m from their terrace onto the stones below.
There were numerous complaints about the presence of spiders, spider webs, and uncleaned items left by previous guests.
